Tests have the purpose to demonstrate, through a system which guarantees objective measurements, the difference between the Greci guitar and traditional classic guitar of high quality.
This could be obtained only with a mechanical device conceived and built for the purpose, which excluded any possibility of human intervention and guaranteed constant and ojective repetitiveness.
After a long period of experimentation, the device was built under the direction of professor Enzo Marchetti of the Departementof mechanics and aeronautics, Faculty of engineering of the university "La Sapienza" in Rome, Italy.
In July 2001 the device was employed for a comparison between the Greci guitar and a Gran Concerto guitar at the Istituto Elettrotecnico Nazionale "Galileo Ferraris" in Turin, Italy. The Institute released a statement illustrated by diagrams certifying the objective phonic and harmonic superiority of the Greci guitar.
Nota bene, for a better understanding of the results certified in the statement, one should remember that a 3dB heightening means double sound power.
